Darcy, our elderly greyhound, probably only has about a year left in him. We really want to get him into a home as his back legs are not too good, and he sometimes gets sore toes living in kennels. He is about 11 years old and spent all his life in a kennel of one sort or another.

Darcy would like a chair to sleep on, a flat garden to potter in and someone to love him and to love in return for the time he has left. He likes other female greyhounds and loves cuddles. He will fall asleep with his head on your shoulder while you are stroking and tickling him.

I wonder if there is someone special out there who would have him? He may live longer in a home, we just don't know. We would be prepared to cover any vet's bills if necessary.
